The Food Distribution Volunteer

The Food Distribution Volunteer is responsible for providing customers with the appropriate box of food, bread, produce, dessert, and choice of meat. Food distribution is a hands-on volunteer role. Cleaning up, including breaking down boxes and removing empty pallets.

The Intake/Registration Volunteer

The Intake/Registration Volunteer is responsible to gather information from customers to determine eligibility to receive food. And to correctly enter customer information into the database. Volunteers must be willing and able to work with people of different backgrounds and nationalities, exhibit compassion and sensitivity, and uphold strict confidentiality of all client and volunteer information.

Food Distribution Sorter Volunteer

The food distribution sorter is responsible for categorizing items & sorting produce and other perishable food.
Bilingual Translator (Spanish/English)
Greeting Spanish speaking community members at their cars. Assisting Spanish speaking community members by verbally translating intake forms or other necessary information so that families can receive the food they need. Answer questions for Spanish-speaking clients at distribution times. 

Traffic Control Volunteer

Traffic controllers are responsible for stopping or directing traffic.
